Yatin Khandelwal — The Journey of Building P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION

1. About Me

Yatin Khandelwal is the Founder & Director of P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION, a computer education institute based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. His entrepreneurial journey is driven by a vision to make practical computer education accessible, help students develop relevant digital skills, and build a trusted educational brand with a nationwide presence.

For Yatin, entrepreneurship has always meant more than starting a business. It is about building something meaningful, creating opportunities for learners, and developing an organisation that can grow beyond its original boundaries.

From beginning with limited financial resources to establishing an official website, launching a mobile application and expanding through a franchise network, his journey reflects determination, persistence and a long-term commitment to his vision.

As of October 2026, P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION has helped more than 2,000 students complete their courses and has supported over 700 students in securing placement opportunities, according to the figures shared by the organisation.

His long-term ambition is to build P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION into India's No. 1 computer education brand and one of the country's leading computer education franchise networks.

2. The Beginning of a Dream

The idea of P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION began with a vision much bigger than opening a conventional computer training institute.

Yatin wanted to build a brand that could grow to a level beyond what people might initially imagine. He wanted to create an organisation that would help students develop practical skills, prepare for professional opportunities and become more confident about their futures.

Rather than following a conventional career path, he felt drawn towards entrepreneurship. He wanted to build something of his own, take responsibility for his decisions and turn his ideas into reality.

At the beginning, however, the future was uncertain. He did not have all the resources required to establish an institute, nor could he predict how quickly the business would grow.

What he did have was a clear ambition and the willingness to begin working towards it.

That vision became the foundation of P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION.

3. Choosing Entrepreneurship Over a Government Job

One of the earliest challenges in Yatin's journey was that his career ambitions differed from his family's expectations.

His mother wanted him to pursue a stable career, preferably a government job, and prepare for competitive examinations. Like many parents, she wanted him to have financial security and a dependable professional future.

Yatin, however, had a different ambition. He did not want to prepare for a government job. He wanted to become an entrepreneur and establish his own educational brand.

Initially, he found it difficult to discuss his plans openly with his family because he understood their concerns about stability and financial security.

Nevertheless, his desire to build P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION remained strong. He wanted to pursue a path that aligned with his ambitions, even though it involved uncertainty and responsibility.

Choosing entrepreneurship meant accepting risks that a conventional career might not involve. It also meant learning to make decisions independently and taking responsibility for the consequences.

For Yatin, this was the beginning of a journey in which belief in his vision would have to be supported by consistent effort.

4. Starting with a Personal Laptop and Borrowed Money

One of the biggest challenges Yatin faced was arranging the money needed to establish P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION.

At the time, he had his personal laptop, but opening a physical computer education institute required many additional resources.

He needed funds for rent, furniture, electricity bills, advertising, registrations, applications and other initial expenses.

He did not have enough money to cover all these costs independently. To make the institute possible, he borrowed money from friends and other personal contacts.

Starting a business with borrowed funds brought financial responsibility and uncertainty. Every expense mattered, and every decision had to be considered carefully.

Despite these challenges, Yatin continued working towards his goal. Rather than waiting until he had all the resources he wanted, he started with what was available to him and worked to build the institute step by step.

This phase taught him important lessons about resource management, financial responsibility, risk-taking and the realities of entrepreneurship.

P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION began as an ambition supported by limited resources, a personal laptop and borrowed funds. Its future was uncertain, but Yatin was determined to give his vision a genuine opportunity.

5. Balancing College and Entrepreneurship

Yatin's early entrepreneurial journey also took place alongside his college education.

While pursuing his studies, he was simultaneously trying to establish and manage P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION. Balancing academic responsibilities with the daily demands of running an institute became extremely challenging.

There were times when the responsibilities of his business made it difficult to manage his college schedule. As a result, he had to drop at least two semesters during his college journey because of his commitment to building the institute.

These were significant decisions that came with sacrifices. He had to manage competing responsibilities while trying to give his business the time and attention he believed it needed.

Looking back, Yatin considers those decisions part of his entrepreneurial journey. He believes that he made those sacrifices because he wanted to work seriously towards his dream and establish the foundation of his organisation.

His experience taught him that entrepreneurship often involves difficult trade-offs. It requires making decisions under pressure, accepting responsibility and learning from the consequences.

For him, those semesters became part of a larger story about commitment, ambition and the willingness to work towards a long-term goal.

6. The Words That Became a Memorable Part of His Journey

When Yatin's mother eventually learned about his decision to pursue entrepreneurship, she expressed doubts about whether the institute would attract enough students.

She told him that he might not even have more than eight students and suggested that he should leave the idea behind.

That moment became one of the most memorable parts of his journey.

At the time, P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION was still developing, and its future was uncertain. His mother's concerns reflected the risks associated with starting a business without guaranteed income or a predictable outcome.

Yatin, however, continued working towards his vision.

Looking back at that moment, he sees a powerful contrast between the uncertainty of the beginning and the progress achieved since then.

According to the figures shared by the organisation, as of October 2026, P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION has helped more than 2,000 students complete their courses and has supported over 700 students in securing placement opportunities.

For Yatin, the significance of this progress is not simply about proving someone wrong. It is about recognising that the early stage of a business does not always reveal its full potential.

Sometimes, an idea needs time, consistent effort and the willingness to keep learning before its possibilities become visible.

7. My Greatest Personal Achievement: Never Giving Up

When Yatin reflects on his greatest personal achievement, he does not define it only through business growth, student numbers or digital platforms.

His greatest personal achievement, in his own words, is that he never gave up on himself or allowed difficult circumstances to make him abandon his dream.

His journey involved financial pressures, uncertainty, competing responsibilities and decisions that required sacrifice. Building an organisation from limited resources demanded persistence and the willingness to continue working without a guarantee of success.

For him, resilience is not about never facing difficulties. It is about continuing to move forward, learning from setbacks and remaining committed to a long-term vision.

He takes pride in the fact that he continued working towards the future he imagined for P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION, even when the journey was difficult.

Entrepreneurship has taught him patience, responsibility, self-belief and the importance of turning ambition into consistent action.

The progress of the institute matters to him, but so does the personal growth that has come from building it.

8. Building Trust Through P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION

One of the important milestones in the journey of P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION has been the development of its official website and mobile application.

These digital platforms have helped strengthen the institute's online presence and made information about its educational offerings more accessible.

However, Yatin considers the trust the organisation has worked to build among students, families and the local community in Gurugram to be one of its most meaningful achievements.

This trust is the result of collective effort. The institute's team and its ongoing educational work have contributed to the development of its brand and its relationship with learners.

For Yatin, a trusted educational brand cannot be built through technology or marketing alone. It requires consistency, responsible service, practical learning and attention to the student experience.

He wants P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION to be recognised for the value it creates and the confidence it helps build among students and families.

The website and mobile application are important milestones, but the larger objective is to develop an educational organisation that people can trust over the long term.

9. Our Growth and Student Impact

P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION has continued its journey through a focus on computer education, practical digital skills and career-oriented learning.

As of October 2026, the organisation reports that more than 2,000 students have completed their courses and over 700 students have received placement support resulting in placements.

These milestones reflect the organisation's work towards helping learners develop useful skills and pursue professional opportunities.

For Yatin, every student represents an opportunity to create a meaningful impact. He believes that practical education can help learners strengthen their confidence, improve their abilities and become better prepared for their future.

The organisation's continued development is connected to this commitment to students.

His ambition is to keep improving the learning experience, strengthening educational offerings and building an organisation that creates value for the people it serves.

For him, student development is not separate from business growth. It is one of the foundations on which the future of P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION must be built.

10. Expanding Through a Franchise Network

As the vision for P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION has grown, the organisation has also been working to expand its presence beyond its original location.

Franchising is an important part of this strategy, allowing the brand to work towards reaching students in different cities.

As shared by the organisation, it has 11 franchise locations across different cities in India. This network represents an important step towards the larger ambition of developing a recognised national brand.

Yatin's goal is not simply to increase the number of centres. He wants to build a network that maintains a consistent educational approach and helps more learners access practical computer education.

As the organisation expands, maintaining quality, strengthening operations and earning the trust of students and families will remain important priorities.

He believes that a strong education network must grow responsibly, with a clear commitment to the people it serves.

11. My Vision: Building India's No. 1 Computer Education Brand

Over the next five to ten years, Yatin's ambition is to build P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION into India's No. 1 computer education brand and one of the country's largest computer education franchise networks.

He wants to establish a nationwide presence through an extensive franchise network and a strong reputation for practical, career-oriented education.

However, his vision goes beyond expanding the number of centres.

He wants P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION to become a trusted destination for students who are uncertain about which skills they should learn to prepare for the future.

A student studying in Class 9, 10 or 12 may not always know which computer skills, digital tools or emerging technologies could be useful for future education and career opportunities.

Yatin wants students and parents to feel confident turning to P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION for guidance on what to learn, why a particular skill matters and how it may support their ambitions.

His goal is to build a brand that helps learners discover their strengths, unlock their potential and make informed decisions about their future.

He wants P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION to be known not merely as a place to learn software, but as a trusted partner in a student's skill development journey.

For Yatin, becoming India's No. 1 computer education brand is not only about scale. It is about earning trust, delivering value and helping learners prepare for a changing world.

12. My Philosophy: Keep Building, Keep Learning

Yatin's journey has reinforced a simple belief: meaningful progress begins when people take responsibility for their ambitions and continue working towards them despite uncertainty.

He started with limited resources, borrowed money, family concerns and the challenge of balancing college with entrepreneurship. He did not have every answer at the beginning, and he could not predict exactly how the journey would unfold.

What he could do was keep learning, make decisions, accept responsibility and continue building.

He believes that entrepreneurship is not simply about having a big dream. It is about turning that dream into practical action, learning from mistakes, managing challenges and improving over time.

He also believes that education should help people prepare for the realities of the world around them. As technology continues to evolve, learners need opportunities to develop relevant skills, confidence and the ability to keep learning.

These beliefs continue to shape the way he approaches P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION and the organisation he wants to build.

13. Looking Ahead: A Journey Still in Progress

When Yatin looks back at the beginning of P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION, he remembers the uncertainty, financial challenges, sacrifices and determination required to get started.

Today, the organisation has an official website, a mobile application, an established presence in Gurugram and a franchise network that it aims to develop further.

The progress achieved so far is meaningful, but he does not consider the journey complete.

His long-term ambition is to build a trusted educational brand that reaches students across India, helps them identify the right skills for their future and makes practical computer education more accessible.

He wants P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION to grow into a network that students and families can turn to with confidence, whether they are beginning their computer education or preparing for a technology-driven career.

For him, the greatest value of this journey lies in continuing to build something meaningful from the vision he once had.

He began with a dream, limited resources and the determination to keep going. His journey is still unfolding, and his ambition is to build P.S COMPUTER EDUCATION into India's No. 1 computer education brand and a trusted national education network.
